Exercising alone requires discipline, but with private coaching you’ll have continuous guidance and motivation. Not knowing where to start or even the fear of making mistakes and getting injured can stand in the way of you and your fitness goals. In-home and private studio coaching provides the support, expertise, and tailored methods for effective workouts, keeping you motivated to achieve your fitness goals!

I'll be there every step of the way to support you, listen to you, motivate you, and help you push past your limits. With nearly a decade of experience in personal fitness coaching, I'm committed to personally guiding you through fitness, strength training, weight loss, muscle building, or enhancing your overall fitness level.

Training Options

My sessions are designed to be motivating and enjoyable while guiding you towards your goals.

Sessions can take place at your home, outdoors, or at my private studio in La Colle-sur-Loup. Tailored to all levels and goals, our sessions can also be arranged for small groups of two or three people if you prefer sharing the experience.

We have a variety of equipment including free weights, kettle bells, a boxing bag, medicine balls, TRX, Bosu, Swiss balls, exercise bands, pilates balls and more to keep your workouts varied and fun.

Experience

With over 10 years of coaching experience and diplomas to teach fitness in the USA and in France, whatever your needs, I can create a tailor-made program just for you!

I specialize in coaching women and I have experience teaching women of all ages including seniors. I have certifications for body building, pilates, personal training, group fitness, cross training athletes and runners, as well as specific certifications through the American organisation of FIT4MOM® to teach prenatal, postnatal and stroller fitness classes.
